The name is French I was told by my family and the other branches of the DeArce or Arce. I have also contacted DeArces in Europe and have made some contacts there. The say that the name is Spanish, but my research shows that the name has existed in France, Spain and England since 1292. My family and others are now envolved in a Family Tree project, would you like to join us.
