I understand that the name might be French. I was told from a family memeber that it was spelled De Arcenal, De Arcenol, then was changed to De Arce and finally Arce. If you look at some of your postings there is a Robert De Arce. I am Los Angeles so if you can share any information I would like to here from you. thanks Louie......
