My G-grandfather was Lawrence Arbuthnot - b. 1873 in Stormont County, Ontario, Canada - died 1950 in North Lunenburg, Stormont, Ontario. He married Gertrude Waterman of LeRoy, New York in 1901. Lawrence's father was Robert Samuel Arbuthnot - b. 1850 - d. 1913 in Stormont County, Ontario. He married Margaret Ann Gordon - marriage date unknown. Robert Samuel's father was Robert Arbuthnot - b. 1808 in County Antrim, Ireland - d. 1877 in Stormont, Ontario. He married Elleanor Miller on Aug. 5, 1834 in Eastern District, Canada (I think that the Eastern District is now part of present day Stormont County). I would love to hear from anyone related to these families and I am especially interested in finding out about all of the Arbuthnot wives. I have no information about any of the 3 that are listed above. Any help would be appreciated.
