Towns and Township of Woodruff County

In the late 1800s there was a town named Martin, can anyone tell me about this town and for whom it is named? Was DeView just a township or was it a town during the late 1800s? Where can I obtain a map of the townships of Woodruff County during the late 1800s. Thanks Jo Ann
