Pat,

It may not be of much help, but I found your THOMAS P. WILLIAMS in the 1900 White Co., AR census, Higginson District 151, household 230/235. The family members are:
Thomas P., Dec 1855, TN,TN,TN; Eliza, Mar 1859, AR, MS, MS; Willie, male, Oct 1878, AR; Jane E., Mar 1881, AR; Maggie L., Dec 1882, AR; Lola M., Jul 1889, AR; Lois D., Jun 1892, AR; Eunice G., Jan 1897, AR. It indicates they had seven children, with 6 still living. His occupation was "Farmer".

I didn't find them there back in the 1880 census.

Good luck in your research

Donald Johnston
