HOLT (widow of WILLIFORD) Married LEACH in TX or OK

I am trying to solve a mystery. While looking for my great grandmother in the 1910 census of Greer County, Oklahoma I found a surprise: A second husband. Unfortunately by the time of the census he had already died, so I have only one clue as to his identity, his last name of LEACH. My great grandmother was born Chillissa Jane HOLT (her name is Chillerissa LEACH in the 1910 census). She married William WILLIFORD in Washington Co. Arkansas on September 10, 1868. He died sometime between 1893/94 and the 1910 census in (I believe) either Texas or Oklahoma. They had 8-10 children. The two youngest: Charlie Lilburn WILLIFORD (born: February 20 1887)and George Andrew WILLIFORD (born: February 23 1894), were living with their mother in the 1910 census. I never would have located my grandmother in this census had they not been living with her as I had no idea she had married after my great grandfather's death.
Does anyone out there know who Mr. LEACH was? When & where he married my great grandmother? When & where he died and is buried? Does anyone know when and where William WILLIFORD died and is buried?
I know Chillissa/Chillerissa Jane HOLT died sometime after late 1917 because of papers of my grandfather's excusing him from military service "because he has a widowed mother dependant upon his labor for support." I do not know when or where she died or is buried. My grandparents were married in Hollis, Harmon County, OK on December 23, 1917, just a few months after his excusal from military duty.
An added note, my mother told me her grandmother often went by her middle name, Jane. My grandfather went by his middle name, Andie. This is a common practice in the family, but not with everyone.
