In Washington Co. AR as in most other counties there is what is called a "reconstructed" 1890 Census. This is done from the tax records which generally still exist for most Counties. Another tool is the Veterans Census for that County or State. I will try to look for these names. MaryS.P>S> Land Records are another way of researching this period.
