I do not have an Arthur Todd in my files. My Todds lived either in Washington County or Barry County till after the Civil war. Owen K. was quite old by then and had no more children. It is possible, though that some Todds lived south. Let me know if you find any relationship. I do not have all his grandchildren, but do not know of any now. Good luck.
