There are two obits for "Beeler".
James Beeler, an old man and for many years a resident of this vicinity, died at his residence a half mile west of town last Tuesday night. His death had been expected for some time and was the result of old age and a general breaking down of the system. Many citizens will miss the familiar presence of Mr. Beeler on our streets. (The Springdale News 5-18-1888).
and
Mrs. Lorinda Beeler, 74 years of age, died at her home 9 miles Southwest of this city Sunday night at 8 o'clock and the remains were interred in the cemetery in the estern suburbs Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. W. B. Rose of the Christian Church. Mrs. Beeler was a good christian woman and had been a member of the Presbyterian Church for forty years. Her husband, James Beeler, died in May 1888 and she leaves five children to mourn to whom The News extends condolences (The Springdale News 7-28-1893).
Hope this helps.
