After visiting the Prairie Grove city offices to inquire about a cemetery index, they directed me to Liugenbuel(sp?) Funeral Home. They were very helpful. Not only were they able to give me information on the people I was inquiring about, but they ran off a list of everyone with that surname in the county and where they were buried. I didn't find an index, but what info they provided helped a great deal. The city of Prairie Grove and the battlefield are worth a trip, if you're in the area.
