Can someone tell me exactly how to get to the Barron Cemetery in Fayetteville, Washington CO. I am trying to find it to take a picture for someone and I am not having any luck with the directions. The following in info was given. "Cemetery notes and/or description: From the Washington County Cemetery Book...'A small cemetery located on the farm that my great grandfather William Marion Barron owned until 1897. It is enclosed by an iron fence and about fifty yards east of Highway 265 in Section 23, Township 15, range 31, which is about six and one half miles south of the intersection of US 71 and 265 south edge of Fayetteville. Submitted by Jack Barron, June 1980.'" Since Hwy 265 and US 71 do not intersect I don't know which way to look. Hwy 16 (15th Street) intersects with Hwy 71 (School Street) which connects with 265 (Crossover) on the way to Huntsville. The following are buried there. Barron, Millie F. (daughter of William M. Barron) b. Jun. 27, 1875 d. Feb. 13, 1893 Barron, William Marion b. Apr. 1, 1842 d. Mar. 23, 1893 Rembert, Annie b. unknown d. unknown (granddaughter of William M. Barron I have not lived in Fayetteville very long so I need specific instructions. I hope someone can help. Thanks Betty Notify Administrator about this message?
