I believe this is your Joseph. If he is... I have more on the father Philip and grandfather Philip Huggins.

1. JOSEPH E.3 HUGGINS (PHILLIP2, PHILLIP1) was born 1835 in TN. He married ELIZABETH BRADFORD, daughter of JAMES BRADFORD and LOUISA DICKERSON. She was born 1841 in TN.

Children of JOSEPH HUGGINS and ELIZABETH BRADFORD are:
       i.       LOUISA4 HUGGINS, b. 1861.
       ii.       MARY MATILDA HUGGINS, b. 1863.
       iii.       LEROY HUGGINS, b. 1865.
2.       iv.       MARGARET ANN HUGGINS, b. 1867, Van Buren Co. AR; d. March 17, 1936, Searcy Co. AR.
       v.       MARTHA ELIZABETH HUGGINS, b. 1869.

2. MARGARET ANN4 HUGGINS (JOSEPH E.3, PHILLIP2, PHILLIP1) was born 1867 in Van Buren Co. AR, and died March 17, 1936 in Searcy Co. AR. She married THOMAS WAYNE HARNESS February 3, 1887 in Van Buren Co. AR, son of JOHN HARNESS and JANE MORRIS. He was born April 1865 in Van Buren Co. AR.
