Rebecca Jean Swafford who married Rice Smith, is shown in my records as the sister of Sarah E. Swafford who married Charles A. Smith. (Sarah is also called Sally.)

Rebecca and Rice had William Powderly Smith born December 13, 1886. He married Sallie Ann Jennings whose parents were Henry Lawrence Jennings born in Choctaw, Arkansas and Elvina Frances Roberts-born ? both are buried in Choctaw, Arkansas.
Henry Lawrence is the son of Zachariah Bradford Jennings Jr., and Ann Frances (Hunter) Jennings. (See my response to message by David Hensley, for Jennings.)
The 1880 Federal Census for Summit, Boone Co., Arkansas, shows Rebecca J. Swafford as ten years old, born in TN. and Sarah E. Swafford eighteen years old. Head of household is P. S. Swafford forty-nine years old, born in TN. Wife is Jane, age fifty-two born in TN. Several children are listed.
You can contact me for a list of those names. Hope this helps.
