Since your Mary Elizabeth Tankersley died

Jan. 10, 1937, I was wonder if you have

checked for a death certificate from

Little Rock, Arkansas Health Dept., death

certificate usually contain a place for

the decesead, parents provided the

informant had that knowledge. They cost

$4.00 the last one I got several years

I have a strong feeling there is a

connection between our familys. My Hiram

Bird Caradine was living in Pulaski County

Arkansas in 1880, near England, Arkansas

this is near the Pulaski and Lonoke County,

line. Since your Mary Elizabeth married

Jesse W. Bloodworth in 1877 Lonoke county

they may have came to Stone and Van Buren

County together. I recall that

Hiram Bird Caradine was living in

Bloodworth township on the 1900 or 1910

census of STone County, Arkansas. His

Stock mark is recorded in the Stone County

Court House, as a resident of Turkey Creek.

Hiram B. Caradine had a daughter Neca

and she married Simeon Long, while visting

with her family some years ago, we visited

some people between Rushing and Fox by the

name of Holland. They had a chicken house

and raised chickens to sell.

Do you live in Arkansas? We will be having

a Caradine family reunion this year in

Mountain View Arkansas.

Thanks for your reply I will keep an eye

out while researching Tankersley.
