Thanks for the reply, and yes, you are absolutely correct... I put down the date of his first son, William Carlee (1887) as the birth date, as opposed to 1867. Sorry.

That's my A.B. that you mentioned. And I appreciate the information you put there, but... now finding his father is going to be the hard part. I did find out that (according to LDS his father was a William Hardin Moore), and that A.B. was born in Texas.... I can only assume, since I can't find his grave anywhere in the VBC area, that he is buried, probably in Texas. I know his "father" Wm., was married in 1865 to Anna E. Worley, and if AB was born in Texas, but doesn't show up in the 1880 census... he died somewhere in between. But not in the Clinton area.

These MOORE's are driving me crazy LOL. It's my husbands family and has gotten quite confusing here as I dig deeper. If you run across anything, I'd be so appreciative if you could post it here.

I've seen Abraham Bingham and Augustus B... so now I have to figure out just which one he is. Thanks again for your help.
