Rusty, do you have any entry for Abraham Briggs HENDERSON (Abe), b.July 2, 1843, Carroll Co., MS, d.Jan 17, 1929 and buried Junction City, AR. He was a store keeper/money lender/banker who moved up to Junction City from Spearsville, LA. I really don't have much information on him, other than that with his wife, Mary Virginia Arrington, he had 15 children. The seventh child of that union was my grandmother, Maria Arrington Henderson Mitchell. I also understand that Abe was one who "walked away" during the final months of the Civil War and I have no information what unit he may have fought with. I am assuming that he was living in Spearsville when he signed up. Any help on this guy or other sources you can point me to for information on him will be most appreciated. Thanks, Philllip
