i am looking for any information on the family of john w cross and sara king. they had 4 children, james bennett, sara maxie, mary f (fannie), and nancy a (nannie). john cross died apx 1862 in ga, during civil war, of measles. sara died the following year, and all of the children were given to various families at the cemetary. sara maxie, my ggm, married john lindsey brillhart. fannie married a rayburn, and nanny married a wheelis. i'm not sure of james bennett's wife. anyone having information on any of the folks, would like to connect and swap information. please contact me at bobbiewhittaker@webtv.net. thanks
