My son is Joel Brett Anderson, son of Melton Earl Anderson, son of Henry Wilburn Anderson, son of Christopher Delzo Anderson, brother of Andrew Wesley Anderson. Yes, I am aware that Leta, Marshall and Tommy are still living. I should contact them but just have not found the time lately and do not remember hearing them speak of any information when I was in the family and working on this at that time. Is your grandfather still living? I do not have any information on his family members. I think I do remember meeting him but it was at a funeral.

Melton Earl Anderson and I are no longer married but I have been trying to do some research on the Andersons for he and my son. They have been very elusive with Johnnie A. and Sarah Arkansas McPike Anderson dying when the children were quiet young.

I would be very interested in the pictures you might have as I am not aware of any of the family I have spoken with having any pictures of these people.

Also do not know where Johnnie A. Anderson or Sarah Arkansas McPick Anderson is buried. Anything I have seen says in Arkansas but in my trip a few months to Crosbyton Cemetery I found a woodsman-like stone with J. A. Anderson on it. The dates on it are b. Sept. 22, 1858, d. Oct 28, 1916. This is not the date I have for birth but will check into it further with the historical commission when time allows. It was on a Sunday when I was there taking pictures of headstones. If you need any pictures from Crosbyton Cemetery I will be glad to share what I have or get them for you. I will have to go back as I was not able to get everything I needed that trip. On I have posted some Anderson/Anderson related information.

I found some information on the McPikes back to James McPike b. 1751. Do not know how valid the information is. Yes, I am interested in McPikes too.

If you are interested in any of the family information I have about these families let me know. I will be glad to share.
