I don'[t have any contacts in Sharp county. However, if you can identify the cemetery in which he is buried, there probably is a "cemetery association" that supports cleaning, maintenance, etc. Chances are, someone in the association would take the picture for you, esp. for a small donation to help defray the costs of the cemetery.
