How could I go about getting a copy of a marriage license from January 1890? I am not certain it is there, but was told that Grant Ulysses (or William Grant) Wright and Elizabeth Ann (Annie) Coats were married in Coats, AR, on January 1, 1890. Any help would be appreciated.
