Hello Wanda,
I do not find John Thoms DeShazo or Mar Pickens Gallaher in Sevier County 1800 marriage index. I might add that near the time you mention them getting married Sevier County was split and Little River County was formed,hence you just might find them in Little river County with Ashdown the current county seat.
The is a DeShazo family living in Sevier County now but they would be a more current than the date you mentioned. Actually the Sevier County Mr. DeShazo had died and leves behind a wife and sons.
I do know there are Gallighers in Little River county (this is one spelling of it).
