Dear Faye:
I am so grateful to see your post offering to do marriage lookups for Sevier County, Arkansas in the 1800s. My great-great grandparents were purportedly married 04 Sept 1864 in Sevier County, however the only source I have for this data is an IGI record at the LDS genealogy site; and, as I am unable to travel to Arkansas to research the records, I would be most appreciative if you found documentation on this marriage. Their names are: Redding M. Lipsey and Martha J. Prescott. (The IGI record says "Redin Lypsey & Martha J. Prescott.")Thank you!
