Your Margaret Isabella Anderson is the daughter of Thomas J. Anderson who shows up on the 1860 Sevier Co. census. His initials are misspelled F. J. on the posted transcription. He is the son of William Anderson of Overton Co., Tennessee. I suspect she named one of her sons after Zachariah Foster who lived with her family until Septmeber, 1860.
