Problem with birth certificates is you can't get one unless you have the parents name. Ark did not issue birth certificates before 1914 or death certificates before 1914. For Oklahoma I believe it was 1910. Did you know there is a Carl Stinnet who is a barber at Horatio now. His mother died a few years back and she lived in a very very very large white house. After she died it was rented and I was told the renters started the fire someway and I watched the house burn for 4 days and nights. At first the fire Dept tried to put the fire out but it was built so well the fire would start all over again. Thank you. Faye
