Edwards/Searcy County, AR 1909

I am searching for information concerning Clarence and Lucy Barnard Edwards, who died in Leslie, Searcy County, AR in late
October/early November 1909. He died on Oct. 30, 1909 and she a day or so later. His body was brought back to Indiana for burial by his family, but I do not know what happened to her. Their two sons were taken in by his sisters in Indiana, one of whom was my husband's Grandmother Smith. I have several questions:

What did they die of? Was there some kind of fever/epidemic going around?

What happened to her body?

Why were they in Searcy County Arkansas? He had been a motorman on the Interurban in Delaware County, Indiana when they were married in 1903, and her family was from Massachusetts and were involved in glass making. They were married in Delaware County, Indiana.

Any information will be helpful.
