I suspect your James was the son of Esias Baker and Rhoda, who were living next door to James and Esther in Searcy in 1850, but I've not been able to prove this. On the other side of the Hensleys', who Esias and Rhoda were living with (Lucinda was their daughter) is Thomas Henderson and Nancy. I suspect Nancy was one of Esias' daughters or maybe a granddaughter, but I can't prove this. Thomas and Nancy were my ancestors. Do you have any data on your James that shows who his father and mother were?
