Looking for descendents of James W. Summers and Margaret (Coker) Summers. He was born April 1848 son of Calvin Summers and Lucinda Porter.
James and Margaret had six known children; Lucinda J., Calvin, George W., Nancy A., Francis E., and Margaret E.
I also have some homstead info listed as the following; James W. Summers homesteaded one hundred twenty acres in Section 25, Twp. 17N, Range 18 W. This is the extreme northwest tip of Searcy County not too far from the Marion County line. He first filed on the land in 1882 and received the patent on June 28, 1890.
