I am sorry, I forgot to mention one of the original Irish Moore brothers was named John Moore. He was half brother to my Noble Moore (who died in Ireland) and John Moore moved from Roane Co. TN on down to Lincoln Co., TN where he became a Justice of the Peace for a while but there were so many Moore's in Lincoln Co. TN I did not have patience to sort them out. Many of the brothers named their children after their brothers so the names carried down. Of course John is such a common name and there were MANY Moore's in this country.

My Moores moved from Roane Co. TN to Van Buren Co. TN and then one of the descendants, Cassandra Goodman, married D. William Fowler, whose family was living in Searcy Co. AR. 1878 and that is why I noticed your query, I was searching the Fowler line.

Good luck with your search.

Charlene
