Ann Victoria Huchingson was my gr-grandmother--she married Thomas Columbus Welch, MD. in Saline Co., Ark. in June, 1859. They were on the 1860 census in Calhoun Co., Miss., with daughter-Camilla, age 11 months, my grandfather--Joseph Powell Welch was born in 1866, in Miss.
They must have divorced, because both have second marriages--Victoria married James A. Ellis in Saline Co., Ark. in Jan 1869. Her parents were Thomas Huchingson & Anna.--on the 1850 census in Saline Co. Thomas married Nancy Phillips in 1867, in Miss. I would like to find descendants of James Ellis & Victoria Huchingson Welch....Thanks Walter Welch.
