William E. Navey or Navy-Reyno, Arkansas 1900

Looking for descendants of William Navy who is buried in the Maynard Cemetery in Randolph County, Arkansas. He, a brother Elias, his sister Winey (Navy) Hambrick, their mother Martha (Franklin) Navy-Justice and at least one half brother, Isaac or Ike Justice all lived in this same area. I am familiar with the Navy/Navey and Hambrick genealogy but I am looking for information on Martha Franklin. Martha was born in Burke County, North Carolina in 1837. she married 1st John J. Navey who died during the Civil War while in the Confederate Service. She then moved to Carter County Tennessee with her three Navy children and married 2nd, James H. Justice. They left that area about 1890 and moved to Randolph County, Arkansas. I know Martha was the daughter of Isaac and Nancy Franklin who also ended up in Randolph County, Arkansas.
