The story of your grt-grandfather's "Brockett" mill is very interesting. There was a flour mill in the area pre-dating that of your grt-grandfather's, but I could not tell you the exact location. Several historical accounts state that the Bollinger Mill was later known as Brockett (perhaps there were several?). It looks like I will have to do some more research on this subject. Thank you for sharing your grt-grandfather's story.
