Am trying to find information on my great uncle but have very little information to go on. He was born about 1895 in probably Washington Co., AR, to Jeremiah Osburn and his wife, Nancy Dockery. When his mother died in August 1949, Joe was living in Wisconsin but family members say he died in Little Rock, Pulaski Co., AR. Is there anyone out there who might have a connection to Joe? I've seen his name spelled "Jobey" but think he was probably Joseph B. or Joe B. Osburn.
Would love to know whether he had any family. Thank you!
