Janice, I don't know if this will be of much help but have you tried posting to the "Records Lookup" board - specifically asking for a look-up in Ancestry's database Arkansas Death Index 1914-1950? Perhaps someone there subscribes and can furnish you will a date of death and whatever else is included in the record. With an exact DOD, you can then order her death certificate which might give the funeral home as well as the cemetery. At least that has been my experience - I have received DC's from the same approximate period and they did contain quite a bit of data. I assume that you have checked with your local library re: Ancestry. I personally don't know if the "Library Edition" has this database and naturally I don't even know if your local library subscribes to Ancestry.
Another option is to investigate the multi-volume work which indexes death notices from the "Arkansas Gazette". I'm providing you with a link to the publisher, Arkansas Research:

Fortunately, they do have a name index online although the specific reference (date, column, page, etc.) is not given. I searched the post-1920 volumes and found a "Louisa" and "Louise" Fuller in the 1926 volume. I believe that you said she was alive in 1920 so there is a chance this is her but no guarantee. There are plenty of Fullers in the various volumes I checked but I only keyed in on the given name Louisa. Of course, the rub is finding the book. Unless you have access to a heck of a good genealogy library then you likely won't find it locally. The book is pricey but you can order it on CD for $9.95 - not a big investment but how badly do you want the info? IF you can get the reference, then you can obtain a photocopy of the actual article from the Central Arkansas Library - the cost is $10 (non-resident) + .50 per page. I've obtained quite a few and many of them have provided a wealth of info while others don't provide much. I can give you the specifics if you decide to go this way.
Another alternative is to visit the Pulaski County GenWeb site and check out "Lookup Volunteers". There is a lady who will do look-ups at the Butler Center (CALS) and I'm sure the books are in that repository. You can go to CALS's online catalog and obtain the call number. This person might be willing to obtain the obit citation info for you.
Hope there is something of value in all of this....Rick
