On the 1930 census there are lots of Parker's in Polk County, but without a name it would be hard to find a relative. Perhaps this is new to you, " A popular story how the town got it's name in 1887. When the townfolk were completing the government application for a Post Office, they interpreted the instruction, "Write in ink" literly and entered thatname "Ink" as the proposed name. This was accepted as the official name." It is now an unincorperated community in Polk Co. near Concord Cemetery.
