Based on the information Mike posted, I believe this may be your Ben Webb:

Name: Ben H. Webb
Birth: December 10, 1888
Place: Paris, Tenn
Death: January 13, 1937
Place: Port Arthur, Jefferson County, TX
Burial: Greenlawn Cemetery, Port Arthur, TX
Father's Name: John R. Webb
Mother's Name: Fannie Nickins
Ben worked as a caisson worker for the Union Bridge & Construction Company in Port Arthur. He died of caisson disease (the bends).
The birth date matches and Paris, TN is located in Henry County--the same birth county listed on Ben's WWI Draft Card.
Ben's marital status is listed as unknown. Perhaps an obituary would clarify his family situation?
