I have a Cora Duke m Ed Shackleford in Hempstead Co. on the 9th day of March 1882.
He was 27 and Cora was 16. Her sister Eula
Duke Smith lived in Nevada Co. until 1910.
I do not know where Ed Shackleford came from but Cora was born in Atlanta, GA Her father and mother were from Carroll Co. GA and I have found an Ed Shackleford in Carroll Co. GA.
