Statement: On 6 Jan 1909, Mrs M E BOONE stated that she was the widow of C S BOONE, dec'd, and the gdn of W C BOONE, age 18 years, and L R BOONE, age 13 years. She said that C S BOONE died on 20 Mar 1905 leaving a Last Will & Testament in which he bequeathed all his real and personal property to her, his wife. She said that the children "of age" of the deceased C S BOONE are, to wit: A C BOONE, Peete BOONE, F E ROBBINS and Maggie FUQUA, the only heir at law of Mary Jane FUQUA, formerly Mary Jane BOONE> She said that by the terms of the Will, all of these adult BOONE children and the FUQUA heir were to be excluded from receiving anything under the Will.
