Arthur Bowman "Sam" Lott 1916-1943 Information?

I am looking for information on Arthur Bowman "Sam" Lott. He was born in 19 Dec 1916 in Phillips Co and was in Monroe Co by 1930. He was killed in a military accident in Ft Benning GA on 1 Oct 1943 and is buried at Shady Grove Cemetery in Monroe Co.

I am particularly interested in knowing about a wife or child that he might have had.

I am searching for the parents of William Ray Lott, born 20 April 1942 in Memphis (Shelby Co) TN and then adopted in AR.
