My Grandmother Ellen Dodson was was born in Hornersville Mo, 1895 her sister Elsie Dodson was born in Hornersville in 1895. Their parents were Calvin Dodson and Jullia Burton they married Nov 13 1890 in Hornersville MO.
Ellen married 8 times , but the ones I am most intrested in is Guss Morris she married in 1913 had two children Julia Morris 1915 died that year and Ethridge Morris (born in Cardwell 1917)my dad.
Ellen married Otis Keith in Greene Co Ar Clifford Dollar signed for him to marry . Ellen and Otis had one child MIldred Pauline Keith born 1921 in Cardwell.
Ellen had married R.E. Irvin, Allen Prather, ? Roebuck, R.W. Morris Aubrey "Orb" Shackelford.and a unknown
Elsie Dodson married Lee Pollard in 1913 they had two sons that died.
Elsie married or live with Frank Wilson had two children James "Bud" and Madeline Wilson. Both these children were said to be born in Greenville Ms , Washington co.
Elsie then married William Stone and had one child a daughter.
Elsie married last K.D.(King Darsis) Cherry , Elsie died in 1963 in Manila Ar while visiting her daughter . She lived in Cardwell and is buried there.
I would like very much to hear from any one who might have known any of these people or thinks they might have know them.
I know Julia Burton's father was Lumeul J. Burton buried in Cude cemetery.
Elsie and Elsie's parents Calvin and Julia died when they were very young , So these girls were raised by JOhn And Tessie (Hutchens) Miller.
Now, Mildred Pauline Keith Newton ,my father's half sister , My father Ethridge Morris and g-aunt Elsie's son James "Bud" Wilson , Elsie's daughter Melvie Stone Newton,all had childred raised around Manila, Black Oak, in the 1940-1960's I was born in Monett Craighead co. I would love to hear from anyone that could help fell in gaps.
