FYI Mandeville is outside city limits of Texarkana, Arkansas. Texarkana is a twin city with Texarkana, Texas, state line runs down dividing the two states. In the earlier days of Texarkana the hospital was on Texas side which makes it confusing to tell whether the person died on the Arkansas or Texas side.
I looked online for Mary Elizabeth in the Texas death certificates, she died on the Texas side at Texarkana hospital. Parents were listed as unknown, informant Roy. You can look at her death certificate at http://search.labs.familysearch.org. Just put her complete name in and Bowie County,Texas.
If your grandma died in Texas before 1976 you can view hers there if you are looking for parents names.
