This woman may be Victoria Caroline or Caroline Victoria. In 1870, she and her brother Harvey are living with what appears to be their maternal uncle S.W. Palmer in Boone Co., AR.

Arnett, Vict. E. (E. may be an error), age 10, b. MO
Arnett, Harvey B., age 5, b. MO

By 1880 Victoria was probably married. Check with the Boone Co. Historical Society to see if they have a volunteer who could look for a marriage record, probably between 1875 and 1880.
