Beth, Thank you so much for looking at this . This is one big mystery !
Arent they all, lol. And,this is a big help getting a different look at this.
I had not located the "Morgan" 1870. The ages make me crazy ! I have no idea who
"Rutledge"is or how he fits in. I can see the ledger book and it actually looks like Rut"R"idge.
I have not located any Rut"R"idge in the area.Marina Bybee Fugate ,the 21 yr old Merino Rutridge
that married Charles Morgan in October 1861,she would have had to of
had a very short marriage to Rutridge. She is widow in 1860, as of Aug 19,
and then marry Morgan 12 Oct 1862.Very possible,
but I cant find ANY record of a marriage between Fugate/Rutledge/Rutridge.
Im seaching in 1900 for any of them now.I cant see the REIFF or MORGAN family.
Seeing the 1870 is a big help in realizing Charles Morgan true age.
Instead of 60 in 1880, it should be more like 45, and only 65 in 1900 !
My search continues, again, much thanks.
