I have several male Jesse/Jessie HOLTs with connections to the Hempstead/Howard County areas in Arkansas:

Jesse A. HOLT 1780-1844 (NC>TN) father of,
Jesse Washington HOLT 1810-1867 (TN>AR) father of
Jesse Thomas HOLT 1840-1817 (TN>AR) father of
Jessie Melvin HOLT 1867-1929/

There could be some offshoots of this family that produced a female Jessie HOLT, but I've not found any.
