Shelley,
You are a godsend! I checked the cemetery where Luther Clyde Gann, Sr and his wife Edna Bell Spencer lay resting in arkansas...there is also a Joeseph F. Gann and Belle Gann, Luther's parents, also resting there. My thoughts are that Joseph is listed as Joseph L and Joseph F, both have married a Belle, both born around the same time and the death dates match...I believe they are one and the same. I haven't received the obit or ordered the SS App yet, but I will do so next week. Thank you for all your help!
