NO Relation..
I checked some databases and could not find a date of death for her in Arkansas.
However, I did do a search on her with just her name in " " on google, and that lead me to an Ernestine McGregor who died in Jasper Co, MO in 1912. When I checked her death certifiate, I think she's yours!

also showing up, any relation?, is a dc for a Hazel MCGregor, who d. in 1932 at the age of 23. She was married to L E McGregor and was born in Kansas in 1919; maiden name Paul, mother's name Murry.
