Marriage Lookup - John Hall & Cynthia Gardner

John Thomas Hall, son of John Hall & Lucinda Webb, who was born (in 1873) and raised in Van Buren County, according to the Hall Bible married one Launsedulas (virtually unreadable 1st name) J. Gardner on 8 Feb 1891.

This marriage is not listed in the Van Buren County records, but other researchers have shown the marriage as taking place in Arkansas but no county is given. The 1900 IT census and subsequent OK censuses show John with wife Cynthia, so maybe they got married in Indian Territory. Some family records show John's wife as Cynthia Jane, giving a middle name for her.

I don't have a statewide AR marriage listing or one for IT. Any help would be appreciated.
