however, Phillips County is nowhere near RANDOLPH County.

(they were the only GLASS family in Randolph County on this census)
I find nothing regarding marriages for either Thomas & Rebecca in KY or TN, nor for a Ros* Glass in AR. Do you have any further info on Thomas or Rebecca? Do you know other areas they may have relocated to or when/where they died?
I cannot seem to locate them on the 1900 census.
I do find the following GLASS associated with Randolph County however.

There also was a "Candle Glass" who married in Miss Iva McIlroy in Randolph County in 1908. He came from MO in 1908 as well. ( http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~arrandol/books/currentriver.htm ) 1910 census shows him as Cordle Glass. He's 32, Iva's 18 and they have an 11 mo old son Raymond. He's been married twice,shows parents also born MO. Iva married once. Living with them are nephews Walter, Harry & Sherman Orvin (ages 16 15 & 12). Also there, is a Herbert & Samuel/Lowell shown to be Cordle's sons, (ages 7 & 5, born MO), yet it reads as if Orvin would be their surname. I guess the enumerator made a mistake here becaue in 1920 these son show Glass as their surname..
Also in in Randolph County is a John Glass, 46, b. VA
In 1920, he's shown as Cordell/Cardell, age 44.
again, also here is Jno P. (aka John from above?), 50, born VA.
1880 census shows me Cordel son of George W Glass (B. IL abt. 1805, wife Sarah 42 KY) of Neeley, Butler Co, MO.
Now Butler Co. MO is just across the state line from Randolph Co, AR. Graves County, KY is also not too far from these other counties.
I mention this other Glass family only because Glass was not a surname largely associated with Randolph County, AR. I wondered if somehow they tied into your Glass folks.
