I will give it a try, I have read about the trail of tears and several pages that had narratives. What happened then wouldn't of happened today. This is my husband's side and he knew all along he had cherokee on his faternal side and black foot on his maternal side. Wiiliam Dews I think is the link on his maternal side. This genealogy searching is easier today than it was when I started in the late 80's then early 90's I had web-tv, a few sites were up and running. You have been a great help, finding census I didn't have access to. Greene co Ar page by Sandy Hardin Matheny has been my main source IF I had the right county or name. Ted's family stayed in the same place forever. My family moved around. Thank you again, Merry X-mas, Donna
