I noticed your posting that included Martin Cash who married Catherine R. Carson (married 3 May 1838 in Washington TN).

My Carson line was in Washington Co TN 1780s-1790s. David Carson born c1760 Lancaster PA, died c1829 Haywood NC married Catherine (last name possibly Patterson). David's widow, Catherine, was still alive in 1830 Haywood NC. She was born c1770 according to findings so far.

Anyway, many of the Carsons in eastern TN connect back to my line from Lancaster PA and Orange/Caswell NC.

Your Catherine is likely connected somehow.
