I am looking for Joe DOUGLAS, husband of Jane Riggs, and son of Marshall Douglas. Joe lived in Rogers, Arkansas. He is the father of Maud and Bart Douglas. I would love any information you have--parents, birthplace, siblings, etc. I believe he had a store in Heber Arkansas, near Rogers.
